AXPLORA is one of the leading companies in mining extraction, trading, imports, and exports in Pakistan and the UAE, and is expanding worldwide. Our main office is located in Islamabad, Pakistan — the capital, and centrally located within the country.
AXPLORA has continued its all-around development in a competitive market, offering a combination of essential products and services: promoting and facilitating the import and export of various Pakistani products, along with logistics services to our principals — sourcing suppliers, arranging meetings, communicating between buyers and suppliers, negotiating orders, controlling buyer specifications and quality within delivery deadlines, and handling logistics arrangements.
Despite strong market competition, AXPLORA has recorded major sales growth. Formed by business professionals in 2016 and started in Islamabad, the company has since expanded into Sindh, KPK, and Balochistan, growing its team and services to meet new goals — with a focus on cost-efficient, straight-from-source procurement and logistics, even in demanding environments with challenging lead times and supply locations
Our History
1993 - 2017
AXPLORA was formally registered with the FBR in March 2016, following its director's separation from group company M/S Reflecdea (Pvt) Limited. Since then, it has operated as a commercial importer, exporter, general trading, and logistics company in Pakistan, with professional teams serving government organizations, UN agencies, NGOs, private companies, and hospitals worldwide.

Quality Control
"Attention to Details" and "No Surprises" is our forte when it comes to quality control. Our Quality Assurance Inspectors visit manufacturing sites at various stages of production to ensure quality and specifications conform to buyers' orders and mutually agreed standards. A final inspection — per buyer AQL standards — is conducted by our QA team once goods are ready, with third-party inspection and quality analysis sometimes carried out through SGS, BV, and other renowned laboratories. To provide more comprehensive service, AXPLORA has installed an in-house laboratory conducting tests to ISO and buyer specifications, along with special software to control all stages of orders — ensuring quality products are delivered as per buyer specification.
Social Compliance
As per buyers’ requirements, AXPLORA audits its facilities to ensure compliance, which includes:
- Health and safety procedures
- Zero tolerance for child labor, prison labor, and forced labor
- Provision of required standards for working, eating, and sanitation facilities
- Minimum wages as per the country’s norms
- Working hours conforming to the country’s labor laws
- Provision of adequate, serviced, and updated fire safety equipment
- Training of employees to handle firefighting equipment in emergencies
Logistic Support
Our experienced logistics department works diligently and communicates with buyers' import departments and their forwarding agents for timely shipments — checking and tracking shipping documents, freight consolidation, and coordinating information between all parties, reducing unnecessary delays and demurrage charges. AXPLORA issues inspection certificates to enable suppliers to negotiate documents with their bankers, where required by payment terms and letters of credit.
