AXPLORA was started in in 2016 as a trading and logistics company. Since inception, AXPLORA has been corporate Member of the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI).

AXPLORA is one of the leading companies i.e. (Mining Extractions, Trading, Imports and Imports) in Pakistan/UAE and expanding worldwide. AXPLORA has its main office located in Islamabad, Pakistan which is fortunately the capital of Pakistan and best located in the Center of the country.

AXPLORA moved forward on its program of all-around development with the competitive environment and trends continued along the lines. Presently it offers a unique combination of essential products & services to the market, promote, and facilitate the imports and exports of various Pakistani products including logistics services to their principals, which includes sourcing of suppliers, arranging meetings, communicating between Buyers/Suppliers0, negotiating orders, controlling Buyer’s specification, quality within delivery deadlines and logistics arrangements.

Despite severe competition in the market speed by all of our Groups’ concerns, AXPLORA recorded major sales growth. AXPLORA is a dynamic outfit, formed by business professionals in 2016 and started its business from Islamabad, Pakistan and expanded to Sindh, KPK, Baluchistan. We have already expanded our team and services to achieve new heights, standards and goals. We work hard to satisfy our customers in their demands by utilizing our best strength and resources. We endeavor to provide cost efficient procurement on a larger scale, straight from the source solutions and services in the most demanding environments where lead times and supply locations are challenging.

HISTORY:

AXPLORA was formally registered with FBR in March 2016 after its director’s separation from our group company M/S Reflecdea (Pvt) Limited. It has functioned as a commercial importer, exporter, general trading, and logistics company in Pakistan. AXPLORA, with its professional teams, has served government organizations, UN agencies, NGOs, private companies, and hospitals worldwide.

QUALITY CONTROL / POLICY:

“Attention to Details” and “No Surprises” is our forte when it comes to quality control. Our Quality Assurance Inspectors visit the manufacturing sites at various stages of production to ensure that quality and specifications conform to our buyers’ orders and mutually agreed standards. When the goods are finally ready, a final inspection (according to buyer AQL standards) is conducted by our QA team, and sometimes third-party inspection and quality analysis are carried out through SGS, BV, and various other renowned laboratories. To serve our buyers and provide more comprehensive services, we have installed a laboratory for in-house testing, in which we conduct tests according to ISO and buyer testing specifications. AXPLORA has special software programs to control all stages of the orders, resulting in the delivery of quality products as per buyer’s specifications.

 

SOCIAL COMPLIANCE:

As per buyers’ requirements, Axplora audits its facilities to ensure they pass their social compliance policy, which includes:
a. Health and safety procedures.
b. Zero tolerance for child labor, prison labor, and forced labor.
c. Provision of required standards for working, eating, and sanitation facilities.
d. Minimum wages as per the country’s norms.
e. Working hours to conform to the country’s labor laws.
f. Provision of adequate fire safety equipment, duly serviced and updated.
g. Training of employees to handle firefighting equipment in case of emergencies.

LOGISTIC SUPPORT:

Our experienced logistics department works diligently and communicates with the buyers’ import department and their forwarding agents for timely shipments. This includes checking and tracking shipping documents, freight consolidation, and coordination of information between all parties involved. This cooperation results in reducing unnecessary delays and demurrage charges. Axplora issues inspection certificates to enable suppliers to negotiate documents with their bankers (if required by the buyer and stated in the payment terms/letter of credit).

 

Our Products

At Axplora Industries PVT LTD, we offer the selection of industrial minerals like: Rock phosphate, fluorspar, barite, dolomite, silica quartz/ silica sand, magnesite, limestone and calcium carbonate

Rock Phosphate (P2O5)

Rock Phosphate is a natural minerals containing calcium phosphate. It is processed in to various products, including: Phosphate fertilizers, Animal feed supplements, food additives and other products like phosphoric acid, used in the production of fertilizers, detergents, and other chemicals. Pakistan has deposits of Phosphate having P2O5 28% and below up to 18% in Lumps size 0-500 mm and powder size of 100 to 150 mesh. Material prepared as per customer’s requirements in terms of P2O5 quality and sizing.

Fluorspar, also known as Calcium fluoride is a mineral composed primarily of the elements calcium and fluorine with the formula CaF2. It is widely used in Aluminum as a flux in Aluminum smelting, steel to improve slag fluidity and remove impurities, hydrofluoric acid used in the production of refrigerants, pharmaceuticals and production of white cement. Pakistan has of the largest deposits of Fluorspar in various grades from CaF2 80%, up to 60% and below. Material prepared as per customer’s requirements in terms of CaF2 quality and sizing

Dolomite is a mineral composed of calcium magnesium carbonate, ideally Cao & Mg. Dolomite is used in variety of industries, including: Agriculture as a soil conditioner, animal feed, construction as filler in paint and plastics, and steel and glass production. Pakistan is one of the largest producer of high-grade Dolomite. Material prepared as per customer’s requirements in terms of quality and sizing.

Barite is composed of barium and sulphate. It is used in Oil and Gas exploration, widely used in drilling mud, paint and coatings to improve opacity, brightness and durability, rubber and plastics to improve their weight, strength and flame resistance. Pakistan has largest deposits of high-quality Barite having SG 4.2 and below. Material prepared as per customer’s requirements in terms of quality and sizing.

Silica (Quartz)/Silica Sand is compound primarily of silicon dioxide SiO2. It has numerous industrial applications such as glass production, electronics used in the production of semi conductor, construction as a filler in concrete and asphalt, refractory material used in furnace lining and other high temperature applications. Pakistan has largest deposits of Silica Quartz having SiO2 99.5% and below. Material prepared as per customer’s requirements in terms of quality and sizing.

Limestone is composed of calcium carbonate, ideally Cao. It is mainly used in construction as a building material in concrete, cement and asphalt, agriculture as a soil amendment, and in production of steel, glass and paper. Also, to filter water and remove pollutants. Pakistan is one of the largest producer of Limestone. Material prepared as per customer’s requirements in terms of quality and sizing.

Calcium Carbonate is mineral primarily calcium as (CaCo3). It has a wide range of applications, including: construction materials, in cement, concrete, plaster, paper making, plastics, pharmaceuticals, food and beverages industry as in calcium supplements, and in animal feed. Pakistan has one of the largest deposits of Calcium Carbonate. Material prepared as per customer’s requirements in terms of quality and sizing.

Magnesite is composed of Magnesium Carbonate (MgCo3). It is used in various industrial applications such as, refractory material used in high temperature, furnaces, kilns due to its excellent heat and thermal shock resistance, fertilizers to improve soil fertility and enhance crop yields and animal feed, paper and rubber industry. Pakistan is one of the largest producer of Magnesite ore. Material prepared as per customer’s requirements in terms of quality and sizing.

Tanveer Safdar is experienced in the administrative and financial activities of various organizations. He has more than 7 years of practical experience in administrative and financial management. He is responsible for the overall activities of the group’s financial operations.

Abdul Sabor (Master’s Degree)
Warehouse Manager

Abdul Sabor is an expert in warehouse management. He has more than 10 years of practical experience in grading and sorting, as well as analyzing products for quality. He is responsible for the overall activities of the warehouse and is involved in machinery and workforce utilization.

Inayat Ali (Master’s Degree)
Logistics Officer

Inayat Ali is very experienced in logistics for local and international imports/exports. He has more than 4 years of practical experience in arranging and delivering mineral products. He is responsible for the overall activities of warehouse logistics, mining logistics, and is involved in machinery and workforce utilization.

Haiqa Sharmeen
Sales Executive

Haiqa Sharmeen has hands-on experience in sales and marketing. She oversees our marketing efforts through various platforms, including website management and SEO, content writing, graphic designing, and handling social media.

Mansoor Ali
Production Supervisor

Mansoor Ali is a talented individual with expertise in the production of mining ore extraction and sorting. He has more than 7 years of practical experience in producing various mineral products. He is responsible for the overall activities of extraction, crushing, sorting, sieving, and quality assurance, as well as being involved in machinery and workforce utilization.

Moreover, our other staff members and laborers who are involved in the sorting and grading process play a key role in our company’s progress, and we appreciate our staff’s efforts and contributions.
